Square dance lessons start September 12, 2023 and run for 12 consecutive Tuesdays. Toby Thomason, longtime caller and dance instructor will lead the sessions from 7:00-8:30 pm. The lessons will be held at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1424 Stuart Road, Denton, Texas. Dress is casual.
The cost is $60 a person. The cost for children ages 9-12 is $30 if they are registering with an adult. The first two square dance lessons are free so dancers can get it a try before committing. Email donnam.sqdance.com with questions.
Triangle Squares provides many opportunities to use your square dancing skills. In addition, more than 20 clubs in the DFW area dance regularly. Every night is a square dance night somewhere in North Texas.
