Triangle Squares Dance Locally and At National Convention
Popular summer dance themes and music have emerged as square dances salute the nation’s 250th birthday and all the adventure that summer brings. Several Triangle Squares members joined more than 3200 dancers from around the world at the annual National Square and Round Dance Association Convention. This year’s event, held in Waco, brought dancers of all levels and backgrounds together for a fun-filled, exhausting weekend–the 75th of its kind!
Triangle Squares Member Leads Nortex
Long-time Triangle Squares member, Donna Miller, now leads the regional Nortex Square and Round Dance Association as president. Miller has previously served the local and regional organization in leadership roles. She frequently dances throughout the DFW area, bringing enthusiasm and high energy. The installation of officers took place at Swingtime Dance Center in June. She will serve in this role until June 2027.
