The next set of lessons will be Tuesday, September 10, with 12 weeks of classes from 7:00-8:30 pm. The lessons will be held at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 1424 Stuart Road, Denton, Texas. Dress is casual. Toby Thomason, longtime caller and dance instructor will lead the classes, with assistance provided by numerous club members as “angels”.
The cost is $60 a person. The cost for children ages 9-12 is $30 if they are registering with an adult. The first two square dance lessons are free so dancers can get it a try before committing. On the first night only, there will be a free salad supper starting at 6:30.
